HATHA YOGA 
Our classes will leave participants energised, balanced and whole. Other benefits include improved strength and flexibility, toning, increased clarity, improved focus and a greater sense of overall well-being. Physical and breathing exercises gently stretch and strengthen the body and calm the mind.

STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES 
Classes are resistance training that will build bone & muscle as well as improving your cardio-vascular fitness, energy levels, muscle tone & strength. It aids weight loss, defies age and makes you feel and look fantastic! Classes are suitable for females & males of any age group. We have 2 levels of Strength Training classes.
GENTLE STRENGTH TRAINING
These classes are very gentle and low paced, particularly suited to the 60 plus age group. Incorporates light weights and very gentle exercise.

INTRODUCTION TO LAWN BOWLS
This is a 5 week coaching program for adults, introducing you to lawn bowls conducted by a trained coach (bowls provided). coaching will be conducted at a local bowling club. You will need to bring sunscreen, a hat and flat soled shoes, or you can go barefoot.
